Driven by their interest in the land and strong work ethic, Rich Niemann Jr. and his sons began working a ranch in northeast Missouri. As the ranch grew so did a new passion, producing great tasting beef for their customers.
What makes Niemann Ranch Beef better? All Niemann Ranch Beef is born on pasture and raised on pasture. It also means the cattle aren’t given artificial growth hormones and they take a common sense approach to antibiotics, only when necessary to ensure a healthy herd. In addition to the respect and care that every farmer has for their land and animals, there’s an understanding of the things that help raise healthier cattle, producing great tasting beef.
